Dr. Masters is a board-certified dermatologist with over 40 years of experience. He graduated from Hahnemann Medical College and completed his residency at Naval Regional Medical Center. A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, he established the first full-time dermatology practice west of Asheville in 1983.
