Our regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During this time we are here to meet your needs for well-child check-ups as well as sick or problem visits. Our evening hours are designed to make it simpler and faster to have your child seen for sick or urgent visits.

Our Insurance and Billing Department is available to assist you with any questions that you have regarding insurance and billing questions Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. Asheville Children's Medical Center accepts most major insurance including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and North Carolina Medicaid.

We are excited that you have chosen Asheville Children's Medical Center for all of your child's health care needs! On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early. You will be greeted by our friendly front desk associates who will make you feel comfortable as they begin the registration process.
