Tap Dance
Our tap dance classes develop musicality and coordination through percussive footwork. Students learn rhythm patterns, improvisation, and performance techniques. Classes emphasize both technical precision and creative expression for ages 5+.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks instruction builds strength and grace through fabric-based acrobatics. Classes teach climbs, drops, and aerial poses with safety-focused progressions. No prior experience required for beginner classes starting at age 8.
Hip Hop
Hip hop classes teach street dance styles including breaking, popping, and locking. Students develop rhythm, coordination, and personal style through choreography. Classes available for all skill levels ages 6+.
Ballet
Ballet instruction follows a structured curriculum from beginner to advanced levels. Classes focus on proper technique, posture, and graceful movement. Pointe work introduced at appropriate skill levels for ages 8+.
Acro Dance
Acro dance combines dance and gymnastics elements. Students learn flexibility, balance, and acrobatic moves with emphasis on safe progressions. Classes available for ages 5-18 with skill-based groupings.

Owner/Director/Tap/Jazz/Ballet Instructor
Rebecca brings 25+ years of dance education experience to GFDS. Certified in multiple dance styles, she specializes in tap technique and choreography for competitive and recreational students.
Candalee Wrede
Ballet Instructor/Artistic Director
Candalee holds advanced ballet certifications and has performed professionally for 15 years. She develops curriculum for classical ballet training and oversees faculty development at GFDS.
Hun Kim
Bboy Instructor
Hun Kim, our Bboy specialist, has 12 years of competitive breaking experience. He teaches proper technique for spins, freezes, and power moves while emphasizing injury prevention.

What dance styles do you offer?
We offer tap, ballet, hip hop, aerial silks, acro, contemporary, Bboy, jazz, and children's classes for ages 3+.
Are classes available for beginners?
Yes! All our classes accept beginners with age-appropriate instruction. Instructors modify techniques for new dancers in every style.
What performance opportunities exist?
We produce annual Christmas and spring recitals with professional staging. Students also participate in local community events and competitions.

Grande Finale is a great dance studio that offers youth and teens a wonderful range of dance styles to learn. They have acro, tap, jazz, ballet, competitive, and so much more to offer. Really if your children are curious about dance then call them, you won't regret it.

I learned how to dance rather well at this studio. It is cheap and has very kind instructors that teach to the best of their abilities. I am looking forward to my next set of lessons.

If you want your child to "learn" from a classless, incompetent and disrespectful "instructor" who has absolutely zero abilities to interact with others, who does look like anything but a ballet instructor and who also includes older students in classes that are clearly for younger children, this is your place!! I know it's cheap compared to most places, and you definitely get what you pay for.
