We base our yoga teaching off of the freedom everyone has to practice in their own way. All of our experienced yoga teachers have thousands of hours of teaching under their belt. Karma yoga, as one of the pillars of yoga suggests that we eliminate that attitude of selfishness, a normal human tendency, and act with an attitude of selfless service.
