We have been pleased so far with the customer service and reaction times from the complex with the few issues we have had. Mallory is a godsend- as a result of the February freeze my apartment was damaged and were told to vacate within 7-days. Although Skyview West seemed like a good deal - sight unseen- Mallory turned a horrible situation into a pleasant one.

I wrote a review 5 months ago and I am highly disappointed with this place. My husband and I drove all the way from Florida to arrive to an apartment that was dirty, outdated and overpriced. Felt like we arrived at a motel. Garbage disposal and bath tub clogged. Tub was dirty. Drawers were stained and dirty looking inside. Management didn't even have the courtesy to paint them over. Stove tops damaged and more. When we originally were given a tour the place seemed decent nothing really wrong with the place. We knew from the start the apartment we saw was not the actual apartment we would be living

I really have no complaints! Our move in process was smooth and Cecil is so helpful and on point with everything! He thinks of everything for you! I love my apartment and the grounds are so clean! Def recommend if you’re looking to move in this area!

I had such a horrible experience at my last apartment complex and just wanted to give up on apartments all together, but I decided to give it one last try. When we contacted Skyview to inquire about an apartment, from the moment Cecil answered the phone he was very professional and had such a welcoming personality that I had to come view the apartment. We viewed the apartment and was moving in a week later. Cecil was so helpful and understanding, I really appreciate him for making me feel better about apartments and I’m happy to be at Skyview! Let me tell you from experience. First off Cecil is the man. Deserves a raise to be honest. He could run a business himself and succeed with his customer service and consistency. You won’t go to too many apartments and feel like it’s a home, this place FEELS like a home. It’s a breath of fresh air every time I step inside. When you hear service with a smile, you don’t normally think of an apartment. Cecil brings the service and the smile to the table. His positivity, hard work, and contagious smile is the reason we chose Skyview. He worked diligently to get us into the apartment we wanted on the day we needed it. Most professional and stellar customer service I’ve ever received from an apartment complex. Cecil was amazing with communication kept me updated about every step. Also worked with us with any issues we did have. He has an amazing and fun personality. It was a blessing working with him. The transition went very smooth to our new home thanks to him. We moved to Skyview West back in July and had a rough start. However, the change in office staff has made all of the difference! Cecil is the nicest man I have ever met. I have lived in a few different complexes and never had such a pleasant experience. He always greets everyone by name with candy and some kind words. My 5 year old son loves to stop by the office for some candy and laughs. If you are looking for a place to love where the staff is kind and inviting, this is the place for you!

I enjoyed living at Skyview West Apartments. Great location, was close to work and management and maintenance took care of me and my wife. I did have some issues with my upstairs neighbors but that it typical apartment living. I recently moved because of my wife's work and the people upstairs moved out and it was more peaceful. Now that i have moved, the neighbors upstairs are worse and the parking is worse at the new place. I will miss Skyview and Waffles (the Corgi that I saw being walked all the time).

I've lived here since, gosh... 2013? I've seen management companies come and go--the good ones have been very good and the bad ones have been very bad. The current owner/management company actually cares about this place and has been putting a lot of effort into what would probably have been considered a "distressed property" when they bought it and it's looking and feeling nice again.

I have been a resident here for months, there has been some ups and down with management HOWEVER Deann the new property manager for Sky view West is amazing. I have been asking for things to be done for months & she took over and got it done within a week. She makes Sky View West a great place to live.

We enjoy living at Avana at Western Center. The staff is always friendly and greets us in passing. Also the maintenance resolves any issues we have in a timely fashion. Our building is very quiet, the gym is always clean, my daughter loves playing outside at the playground,and our dog enjoys the on site dog park. This seems like a perfect fit for us until we purchase a home.

Love this complex and I'm so sad to have to move. If I wasn't relocating, I'd live here for many more years. Ashley and Nathan in the office are amazing, and Tyler and the maintenance team are always on top of any issue I've had asap. Our building got struck by lightning causing my ac to go out and instead of making me wait days with no ac, they came in within the hr and installed a temp window unit until they could get the part they needed, and when my garbage disposal stopped working, They came in to fix it within 30 mins. It's hard to get service like that at any community

My husband stayed there while we were looking for a home to purchase in the Fort Worth area. Very unprofessional and nobody seems to remember anything about what was already discussed. Closing bill also had extra charges even after a final walk through. Make sure you take pictures of before and after. Supposed to have a gated community, gates NEVER worked. Which lead to what we thought was peculiar activity in there parking lot. Does not feel safe and would not suggest this place to anyone staying here for any long term stay.
