The mission of Long Island Tutoring Academy(LITA) is to provide the highest caliber of education for students of all ages, so that they can achieve their full potential as scholars, community leaders, and global citizens. We strive to help students reach their full academic potentials while gaining the skills necessary to be successful in an increasingly competitive world.
This includes helping our students prepare for all standardized exams (SAT, ACT, AP, Regents, etc), K-12 subject tutoring, as well as college admission counseling. After School Program

LITA After School Program strives to provide an atmosphere where children can enjoy, grow, and learn. The After School Program operates from school dismissal until 6pm. 6pm is the official pick up time. We understand that unexpected delays might occur and we try our best to accommodate. However, please try not to arrive later than 6:30pm.

LITA offers a tutoring program which is truly effective because it is founded upon an extremely personalized approach. Every student has their own strengths and weaknesses, and in order to get best results our tutors design lessons to meet the specific needs of each student. We work together with the student to prepare them for the mental and academic challenges of the test.

LITA's Music Program offers highly individualized private lessons for all ages and skill levels, including absolute beginners. Our inspiring music classes are catered just for YOU. Your needs and interests are our #1 priority. We nurture every student with individualized, encouraging one-on-one music instruction.

Geared towards kids and teens of all ages and artistic levels, our Art Classes combine artistic technique with authentic self-expression. We provide an entertaining, educational experience that inspire the artist within! Education in the arts is an integral part of the development of each human being.
Petite Picasso

In our children's art classes the students will be trained step-by- step in artistic technique. We keep our children's art classes small so that we can offer each student tailor-made instruction in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Classes will focus on the fundamental technical skills of drawing and painting: contours, shading, values, tones, as well as comics and cartoons.
