The Winery at Seven Springs Farm is located just outside of Maynardville, TN on Seven Springs Farm, a 370-acre working family farm, purchased by Rick and Donna Riddle in 1994. In 2015, The Winery at Seven Springs Farm, run by their daughter / winemaker Nikki Riddle and her fiance / master winemaker Michael Coombs, is the first winery to be established in Union County, Tennessee.

Our estate vineyard is young. Nikki Riddle, owner and winemaker, planted grapes keeping the wines that she wanted to make in mind. The grape varieties she chose to plant do amazingly well in our East Tennessee climate. They are disease and fungus resistant and cold hardy. And yes, it can get cold here at times!

Nikki Riddle has winemaking in her blood. She got the itch after working in the vineyards with her aunt and uncle, owners of Spout Spring Estates Winery and Vineyard, and competing as an amateur winemaker. After completing her degree in Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, she worked in the health care industry before leaving for a job as assistant winemaker at Beachaven Vineyards and Winery.
