Incorporated in 2016, StratusCM is solely made up of individuals from the construction industry which allows our team to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients. The initial founders, Steve Murow, Tim Markel, and Philip Shehadeh originally found inefficiencies and experienced headaches within their own respective construction companies over processes that they felt should be more seamless or automated.
