The heartbreak of losing a family member is enough for people to handle. It was upseting that the new owners let this family down in so many ways. It broke my heart when a son who just lost his dad was feeling this extra level of hurt. During a time of grief, this extra layer is uneceptable. It broke my heart which was all ready broken. The memory of this day should never include what this family had to endure.
