Fred and his team were beyond caring and courteous to me and my family. When my aunt passed, the family reached out to the "usual suspects" and my cousin and I went to Island Memorial. Fred was sympathetic and even to the point of coming in on the day he was leaving for his sister's birthday to spend time with us, making arrangements. Most importantly he was honest and upfront about cost. Most places we went to did not inform us upfront about additional cost that would be need to be paid. There was a moment when my cousin was concerned because he heard another place was less expensive. When those

My brother passed away in January, at first I was reluctant about going to this place because I never had good experience with Haiti owned businesses, but surprisingly Island delivered an excellent service well spoken and respectful staff members. I highly recommend Island funeral home.

Fred and his staff are beyond high class. There's no words that can describe how they've had our back when we lost my grandfather. I dont know how to say thank you for all you've done for my grandfather especially during COVID. Just know you all made the hardest time in our lives as smooth as possible.
