We are the importers of a Nano Cleaning Technology in Australia. This company has established links from our website to their website without our consent. This is misleading our customers and we have received various complaints. We have no association with this business, although various links on our website suddenly link to this website. We have just passed this on to our developer and will lodge further investigations but it seems like some very dodgy activities are used by this business.

There is better cms software out there. I have been using TMS for 3 years. The desktop application only works with internet explorer. It will not work with edge, google chrome or any newer modern browser. The mobile app sidekick is junk. First it only works on apple devices. Second you have to synchronized everytime you want new work orders to show… up which takes 3-5 mins each sync. The last three years they say a android app is coming soon. I have not seen it yet. They need to upgrade the back end to support html5 so any browsers on desktop or mobile can retrieve real time data on the

My company's maintenance software was purchased by Accruent last year and we just migrated over to their servers in the last few weeks. I've not had a single satisfactorily resolved customer service experience since the migration and would love to convince my company to go with another product now. The people I'm working with in customer service… are still the same people I used to give glowing reviews to, but nothing has performed properly since utilizing the Accruent platform. We now have constant issues with the software. In fact, my company actually hired a new programmer two years ago
