This is a great software program. It is a desktop program, which I really like. It has a lot of features that make Property Management an easier job. You can sign up for your Tenants to pay you online, you can pay your Vendors online, you can have your Vacancy uploaded to the Web and you can email Owner Reports and Tenant Reports. It also has great support.

I have used Tenant File Property Management Software for several years. I love the ability to customize the program to features I need and use regularly, as well as ease of use. Before I purchased Tenant File, I researched many different programs and this was by far, the most cost effective program available. I recommend it to every property manager!
