Our certified instructors provide hands-on guidance to improve posture, alleviate chronic pain, and enhance body awareness. Each session combines structural assessment with targeted exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and mindful movement patterns.
Group Reformer Classes
Intimate reformer classes maintain a maximum of four participants for personalized attention. Instructors modify exercises to suit varying fitness levels while maintaining proper form and technique. These sessions build core strength, improve alignment, and foster community through shared movement experiences.
Mat Work Sessions
Mat-based Pilates focuses on fundamental movement principles using body weight resistance. Classes emphasize proper spinal alignment, core engagement, and transitional movements. Instructors provide verbal cues and manual adjustments to develop body awareness and functional strength.
Semi-Private Instruction
Semi-private sessions pair two clients with one instructor for balanced attention. This format combines personalized instruction with partner motivation while maintaining individualized exercise modifications. Sessions focus on improving movement quality through interactive feedback and progressive challenges.

I prepaid for 5 Pilates sessions here and got 3 classes in but got a call cancelling my 4th session and Susan stating they would call back to reschedule. I never got a call back, literally they never called back. One Week, two Weeks, 3 Weeks. I called and left messages no return call. Nothing until I called wanting the remainder of my balance returned. Susan then returned my call and said she would return my balance, it's now been two Weeks and nothing. Don't PRE-PAY this Business, they are not well run

As a visiting Pilates teacher on vacation, I was looking to get in a couple of "me-time" Pilates sessions while my husband was at his conference. A colleague recommended Susan Salk at Pilates Palm Springs. I scheduled both a small group class and a private lesson. Susan was very welcoming and her studio has a homey, comfortable feeling. The studio is fully equipped with all of the Pilates apparatus, props and other "toys" that can make every session an adventure. The class was a trio; we were each given hands-on individual instruction, a challenging workout and I felt stretched

If you are looking for traditional pilates in an intimate setting this is your place. I have only taken one reformer class and it was great, but have taken about 30 private sessions with both Nicole and Susan and highly recommend it.
