The idea for Charlotte Family Yoga was born out of a desire to create an inclusive yoga community. We max out our cozy yoga rooms at 25. Smaller class sizes give our teachers a chance to get to know their students. We offer daily yoga classes for students of all ages and fitness levels. With the help of our skilled teachers, both beginners and more seasoned practitioners will feel welcome.

Services
New to Yoga
Report
If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with Slow Flow; Long, Slow, Deep; Gentle Yoga; or Deep Stretch. Let our teachers know about any injuries or special needs you have prior to your practice. We have wonderful teachers here at our studio and recommend that you try them all! Head to the studio 10 minutes before the scheduled class to fill out paperwork, take off your shoes and socks, and set up your mat.
Kids Yoga

Ready for your little ones to connect with their breath, practice mindfulness, AND play?! Join us for our Kids Yoga Program! This rotating 6-week program includes outdoor time with Ms. Kara, a fun yoga class, and tips on mindfulness off the mat! We encourage our #cfycminis to play in their yoga practice using Silly Snakes (Cobra Pose), Scary Cats (Cat/Cow), barking in Downward Dog, flutter our wings in butterfly or Lion's Breath!

The 2022 cohort is considered closed at 8 participants, so early application is recommended to guarantee acceptance. While in YTT, you receive complimentary unlimited yoga classes at Charlotte Family Yoga (regularly scheduled classes, excludes special classes, workshops and retreats).
