This is an opportunity to meet with an instructor to discuss your needs and goals. The session will include a brief fitness evaluation, as well as an introduction to the Pilates method and the apparatus. Taking into consideration your fitness level, any injuries or other limitations, you may do a full workout or spend more time determining how to work out effectively.

As co-owner of Premier Pilates of Los Gatos, Tammi brings nearly 20 years of Pilates experience to the studio. Polestar and PMA certified, with extensive Stott Pilates training, Tammi loves teaching and is thrilled to be part of the Premier team. With her extensive education and experience, she loves the challenge of working with a variety of clients.

We are in the Showers Park complex tucked between N. Santa Cruz Avenue and Industrial Way. Our studio is located directly behind the Mobil Gas Station at the corner of Blossom Hill Road and Industrial Way. Turn right on Industrial Way, just after gas station and before the light at University Avenue.
