Following a breach of contract, I needed to have a DEMAND LETTER delivered to a commercial company as a precursor to filing a lawsuit. I had tried 3 previous times (via Email, Registered Letter, and Priority Mail) with no success. The other Party was actively refusing to accept delivery. Making matters worse was that the official address of the other Party was behind a gate at the end of a rural dirt road in Loxahatchee Fl.. CIS came through, It took them 10 days, but service was made. I am very grateful for CIS's persistence and dogged attitude. Bravo Zulu - Well Done Guys..
