Roland Groux is a New Hampshire native and a USCG licensed captain. Having started fishing at an early age Roland has more than 30 years experience fishing for both freshwater and saltwater fish. Roland is knowledgeable in a variety of inshore and offshore species including Striped Bass, Flounder, Cod, Haddock, Bluefin Tuna and countless others.

Chaser is a 28 foot Pursuit offshore center console with all the amenities of a walkaround (including cabin and bathroom) with the fishability of a true center console. You can guarantee you'll have plenty of room to move around on this boat! Chaser is equipped with all the latest in electronics including sonar, chart plotter, radar and safety gear and cruises at 20 kts so you can get to the best fishing spots quickly.

These trips leave from Hampton Harbor and usually fish one of three rivers, Hampton, Piscataquag or the Merrimack river. The Captain will use his best judgment to determine where the fish are and what the best way to target them will be most effective. It is not uncommon to fish two or more of these locations in one trip if that's what's necessary to maximize our efforts and catch more fish.
