PILATES (pronounced "pi-lah-teez") is an exercise program to strengthen, stretch, realign and balance your whole body. It is well known for its focus on core strength and is often recommended for people with back issues. It is named after its creator Joseph Pilates and is used by dancers, athletes, physical therapists and fitness enthusiasts.
Getting Started

Get started with our New Client Special for a personal introduction to Pilates and our studio. Your expert instructor will recommend a customized program to meet your goals. You can feel the friendship and motivation of our studio from the convenience of your home. Our Virtual Membership includes UNLIMITED live stream & on demand for $59 per/month.
Faq

To get the best results attending 2-3 classes per week is recommended. Many of our regular clients tell us that two times per week is when they really started to feel and see dramatic changes in their body. Once a week can be a good place to start and/or use Pilates as cross training for other forms of fitness.
Reformer Classes
Report
Classes are limited to 8 participants so special care is taken to match participants with similar goals and levels. You may need to do a few private sessions first to evaluate your level and orientate you to the equipment. If you have two friends who would join you, we can start a new class for a minimum of 3 participants.

We are always happy to personally assist you in signing up for classes. Please CONTACT US anytime. You may also schedule and purchase your own classes online or using the Mindbody app. Once you have completed your free 30 minute demo or a private session, you may enroll in reformer classes online as well.
