Services
Spray Foam Insulation
Our spray foam insulation creates seamless thermal barriers that enhance energy efficiency while providing structural reinforcement. This closed-cell solution prevents air leakage and moisture intrusion, reducing utility costs by maintaining consistent indoor temperatures. Ideal for both new construction and retrofit projects, our EPA-registered installers apply this high-performance material to meet strict building codes and sustainability goals.
Firestop Installation
Vesta Firestopping specializes in UL-certified penetration firestop systems that maintain fire compartment integrity in commercial buildings. Our trained technicians install intumescent sealants, fire-rated caulks, and through-penetration solutions that prevent flame spread while maintaining code compliance. Regular inspections ensure ongoing safety and regulatory adherence for both new and existing structures.
Air Barrier Systems
We install fluid-applied and board-stock air barriers that control airflow while managing moisture transmission in commercial buildings. These systems improve HVAC efficiency by reducing uncontrolled air exchange, meeting ASHRAE 90.1 standards for energy performance. Our ABAA-certified team ensures proper detailing around windows, doors, and structural penetrations for optimal building envelope performance.
Acoustical Insulation
Our acoustic insulation solutions combine mineral wool batts and spray-applied coatings to reduce noise transmission between rooms. Designed for offices, schools, and multi-family housing, these systems meet ASTM E90 sound transmission requirements while maintaining thermal efficiency. We use Sonaspray FC and other proven materials to create quieter indoor environments without compromising energy performance.
Curtainwall Insulation
We provide mineral wool insulation for curtainwall systems that enhance thermal performance in commercial buildings. Our solutions prevent thermal bridging while accommodating structural movement in spandrel and vision glass areas. By optimizing R-values and condensation control, we help achieve LEED certification goals while maintaining architectural aesthetics in high-rise and commercial developments.

Wonderful business and good culture. The owner Donna was very helpful and was kind enough to help a smaller non competing business with some suggestions about team building and operations. It says a lot about the integrity of an organization when the owner is willing to help other companies in the industry with regards to coaching and elevating the industry.
