So the inspection and installation went very well, quick and accurate. Working with the office staff has beenvery difficult. They were communicating fine with me at one point. And then all of a sudden, there were staffing issues and paperwork issues, now Ive heard nothing. No one replies to my emails, no one answers the phone or returns my calls. Im really confused as to what the issue is and i wonder if anyone even works in their office. Maybe go with a different company, because if you experience clerical or rebate issues like i am.good luck.

We just had Century install insulation in our garage. It was the second project they have completed for us. Wyatt was terrific. They were on time, answered my questions, showed me what they were doing and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Plus, they were less expensive than other companies.

Really nice people to deal with at Century Insulation. Thorough explaining of what should be done and they don't at all try to sell you something you don't need. Awesome guys that did the work and what little cleanup that was needed was perfect. The staff taking your calls at the office are awesome too. I highly recommend Century Insulation if you want excellent customer service and quality work at a good price.

I could not be more impressed with Jesse and his team. They were so responsive, so professional, and so incredibly helpful. Great communication throughout. Great work product. Pricing that was very competative and reasonable. The next time I have an insulation need I won't even both to get bids from other shops. I will just use Century. Highly recomend.

Century went above and beyond for me and will be my go to for insulation needs in the future. Century was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and scheduled the project very quickly. The house's kneewalls created some extra insulation needs and they didnt try to upsell me and allowed me to pick from a few price options. After the great initial job, through no fault of theirs, our roof started leaking. After getting the roof redone, Century came out promptly and at little cost. They pulled out the wet insulation, let it air out for a week, and came back to fill it the wet insulation that
