
I am Emily Wittenhagen, a certified nutritionist, herbalist, and hypnotherapist offering whole-person care that brings in nutrition and herbal support, hypnotherapy, and sound and forest bathing to help clients with the focuses below. Book an appointment here for nutrition and herbal consults, hypnotherapy, and sound bathing sessions. Nutrition consults always include herbal considerations as well, so if you want both just book a nutrition consult! Accessibility is sacred to me, so rates are meant to be inclusive for all income levels, and always sliding scale.

Hypnotherapy is meant to help you explore your subconscious - where so many of our emotions, long-term memories, beliefs, habits, patterns, and intuitions reside. Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool for exploring the roots of the beliefs, habits, and patterns you carry, reshaping and releasing those that no longer serve you, and tapping into your intuitions to serve your current self in kinder, more empowered ways.

My name is Emily Wittenhagen. I'm a Certified Nutritionist, Herbalist, and trained Hypnotherapist with a Master's in Nutrition and Integrative Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, an Herbal Medicine Certificate from the Bellebuono School of Herbal Medicine, and hypnotherapy training from the Wellness Institute.
