Ideal Development U.S.A., LLC, specializes in the purchase, renovation, flipping, and financing of REO's (bank-owned real estate) as well as distressed properties, short sales, defaulted mortgages, and tax lien foreclosures. We buy, as principals, multifamily homes including one to four family houses, mixed-use properties (which are stores with apartments above) and small apartment buildings, commercial properties and student housing.

What we supply, along with our access to private capital, is our expertise in purchasing and renovating bank owned and distressed real estate. We offer bulk investors advice about the acquisition and disposition of properties in our areas of New Jersey and New York. We can provide funding for the deal or supervise all the construction needed on the property to bring it to selling condition.

A $50 application fee is required for each adult on the lease. We need a copy of driver's license or government issued ID, social security card, and two recent pay stubs per applicant.
