Mad Batter was born when Anne Gros was a young girl, learning to bake at her Grandmother's side. Her Grandmother taught her the old-fashioned skills of cooking and baking. She then shared those same time-honored traditions with her daughter and together the two became Mad Batter Bakery. At Mad Batter, we only use the finest quality ingredients to ensure a fresh, great tasting product, without the use of preservatives.
We use old-fashioned techniques and take our time. Each order is custom made to your specifications. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy! Whether you take your order to go or decide to stay for a visit, we offer comfortable seating inside our bakery for you to enjoy your treat with a fresh cup of coffee and maybe a friend or two!
