Home staging works because it considers the wants and needs of buyers and taps into their emotions when searching for a home. As a widower for 4 years, with 2 daughters in college when this process started, I was in desperate need of a knowledgeable confidant to guide me through a difficult, strenuous process in a difficult time in our life.

I found all of that in Hazel, and gained a friend and someone I will refer for years to come. Hazel and her team guided me through the entire move - from packing up, to prepping the house, and utilizing her amazing assistant, Nicole, and attorney -- to assure that everything went smoothly.
