Most transparent and fastest worry-free service I could have ever imagined. They were able to process everything in a record span of 11 days where I have heard other title companies take 30 days. Also, no hassle pricing with clear cost of valid things. No unnecessary asks. They keep it simple, Clear, efficient and fast. Much recommended.

Remortgaging can be such a hassle. We knew it made sense but hated to have to go through all the paperwork as well as find a mortgage agent/broker.

My husband and I found out about ALT when we purchased our home through our realtor. Our experience was great and we decided to use ALT again when we refinanced our mortgage. I have been using Frank, Susan, Donna, Tara, and the whole team for about 8 years now through many many RE transactions. I've dealt with other title companies as well, and I am VERY glad to have had ALT Title. They are not only extremely fast and clear communicators, but they truly have gone above their duties to ensure smooth transactions for me time and time again. I've never shopped around for Title Insurance since it's a fixed amount. I always went with the Realtor's recommended agency. ALT easily saved me over $700 in the add on costs. Use their online calculator and you will be surprised at how much less then other companies. Just like settling at Realtors office except it's at ALT. Tara and the entire staff were great!
