We recently purchased a CPO Volvo XC40 and had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Zucker, and he was personable, attentive, and dependable throughout the process from start to finish. He even has been helpful with getting our other Volvo needs taken care of even though it was not purchased at Gengras. We couldn't recommend Ryan enough and would love to work with him again in the future.

We had a wonderful buying experience at Gengras North Haven Volvo and specifically working with Ryan Zucker. We came in with a very specific vehicle request. Ryan went above and beyond locating the vehicle for us, expertly negotiating a dealer to dealer transfer and even personally drove out to the location in order to deliver the vehicle to us to accommodate our busy schedule. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, gave us a very thorough tutorial on how to use all the features in our new car upon delivery and continued to be available for any questions we may have had post delivery.
He always responded promptly and even communicated with us on his day off. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction during the process. Thank you Ryan for your exceptional customer service!

Such a breath of fresh air to have a dealer I can bring my car to & know that it's going to be taken care of & repaired correctly. Rich, Brian, & the rest of the team are outstanding. We are so delighted with our purchase of our 2025 CV60 from Gengras Volvo. This is our second XC60 we have purchased from Gengras in the last four years.
Ryan Zucker who should be recognized as a valuable asset in the Gengras dealership. Ryan is our Sales Representative who went above and beyond to assure that we had the best purchase experience. We cannot praise Ryan enough, sharing his expertise and knowledge of all of the Volvo cars we inquired about. Ryan's quiet personality and patience during the process is very much appreciated.
With Ryan's assistance, we were able to take delivery of our beautiful XC60 on my wife's birthday!! Ryan arranged a very special large red ribbon and bow he placed on the car so she would see it when we arrived. He also spent so much time to explain all the features of the vehicle, etc. We recommend if you're interested in purchasing a new Volvo or preowned vehicle that you give Gengras (Ryan Zucker) an opportunity to present all their details to you.

After suboptimal experiences at several other Volvo dealerships we worked with Ryan Zucker at Gengras and he was amazing!! No pressure sales, no rush, just knowledgeable, thoughtful, high quality customer service. He went above and beyond for my father who is a senior, helping him setup and navigate all the features in his XC90. He even brought the car to us to test drive! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to get all of my questions answered by their online Sales contact while I was traveling for business, and then they worked around my schedule for the test drive and in person questions. They handled all details for registering the car, and the handoff was efficient, friendly and easy. I would highly recommend Gengras Volvo of North Haven. Chris, the manager, was the best I have worked with in 30+ years of buying cars.
