Romana's Pilates is a style of Pilates that teaches the exercises and philosophies of Joseph and Clara Pilates. These teachings were directly handed down to Romana and her daughter Sari by Joseph & his wife Clara. This is what we call "True Pilates". Romana Kryzanowska is the world renowned protege of Joseph Pilates and has been teaching the method for nearly six decades.

24 hour cancellation policy: All Private, Semi-Private sessions require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. An assesment is conducted on your first visit. Information regarding fitness goals, weaknesses, strengths and overall wellness are discussed with the certified instructor. A one to one session with a certified instructor utilizing various Pilates equipment to meet your specific fitness goals.

The impact propelled our car into the highway median where it flipped end-over-end four complete rotations. As a result, the roof of the car collapsed down onto me and I received a traumatic brain injury and fractured my C1 cervical vertebrae. When I awoke from a drug-induced coma several days later, things that I had learned years before and took for granted such as walking and keyboarding were gone.
