Our goal is to make sure each individual who visits our community feels seen, heard and welcome. We openly accept all races and ethnicities, all religions, all gender identities, all sexual orientations, all abilities and disabilities, and everything else that makes you who you are. We strive to create an environment where each person flourishes while supporting the universal bond that connects all of us.
Through these actions, we endeavor to cultivate our community where we can all grow together. Whether you have years of experience with yoga or you wish to take up the practice for the first time, we have offerings to meet the needs of all students. We hope you will leave after practice feeling renewed, restored and supported.

We strive to make our classes feel like a welcome place for beginners. We remember our first yoga experience and strive to make sure students feel at ease about arrival in our Livestream and Outdoor classes (when weather permits). If you're new to yoga, we recommend reading through this entire page in addition to the etiquette page.

Please speak softly. We love conversation, but it is best to keep the volume low since classes are focused on stress relief. Please arrive in person or on Zoom 5-10 minutes early so that you can enjoy an entire class. The teacher's theme and centering done in the beginning set the tone for your experience.

By Julia Jonson Ostensibly for some, going with the flow, being adaptable, and rolling with the punches comes easily. As we've all experienced, the dynamic and sometimes random nature of life makes it impossible to be prepared in any given moment. Since life will inevitably throw curveballs, adopting a more yielding way of existence does a body and mind good.
