Captain Kenny Bard has a passion for fishing the Great lakes and enjoys sharing his knowledge of this sport with everyone. He comes from a family of fishermen. His grandfather was a commercial fisherman of chubs and whitefish in the 1950s and the 1960s.
His father and uncles continued the Great Lakes fishing tradition switching to recreational fishing of different species, such as salmon, Coho salmon, brown trout, lake trout, steelhead, and perch.They have won many tournaments. Kenny was on board for many of these tournaments with his father, including when they won the South Haven Salmon Tournament in 2004.
