RISE was born out of boredom with the normal gym experience, founded by a team of fitness enthusiasts who wanted more from their training. It brings together elements from multiple disciplines (strength training, powerlifting, olympic lifting, speed/agility, sports conditioning + more) under one roof, and priced at a point that makes elite training affordable.
We're centrally located right off Route 1, between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. We offer a large, clean open gym area, packed with the sort of equipment you'd expect at a well-equipped fitness facility. Friendly Staff - Our front desk staff are always there to help, answer your questions and get you checked in for classes and training appointments.
