Large clean facility with everything you'd expect in a good CrossFit gym. Did a drop-in class when traveling and felt right at home. Trainer Drew is top notch.

I am only a vacationing visitor. This gym is LEGIT. I got a 3 day pass. It is a few more dollars than 2 gyms over there in mid- Ocean City, but it's worth the drive over the Rt. 50 inlet bridge to come here. I do wish they had like a 3-visit punch pass option. They are open late into the evening. They have (one) real squat bar at the squat racks! This alone separates the posers from the players, IMHO. This will be the gym I hit whenever I'm in the area.

Water fountains always broken... can't fill your water bottle.... internet always down and it's a brick building so no signal for music.... owner clearly doesn't care because many complaints have been put in and nothing fixed in months. He's more worried about his Salisbury location and we are the step children over here in west OC .... I would not pay the money we are paying to go here..

The worst gym. I called to cancel the membership because I moved abroad and now I received an email from collection. I had the membership for one year, only 2months left to pay, but when the gym was closed because of Covid nobody said nothing when I paid even if I wasnt able to use the gym.

Gym is nice and clean. But, Dont sign the contracts here. I was moving to out of state this year and I asked guy in gym if I need cancel anything before I move and I get answer: Youre good. After 4 months I found a collection record on my credit report for 185$ which is 3 months of membership fees + x3 $25 late payment fees +35% collection fee. I didnt receive any calls or emails from gym or collections!

Nice gym with good equipment but a few big issues that can be fixed easily. 1: WiFi does not work in the weight lifting Area and there is no phone service in this area either. 2: All three Bench press are located directly under very bright lights and make it very hard to bench with open eyes, it would be very easy for the management to put a tinted lens over the lights. 3: The punching bag is in a poor location and they really should figure out a better place to put it.
