Founded in 2015 in the heart of Albany, NY by Meg and Dustin Horan, JAI Yoga School exists as a sacred space in service to members of the community who desire self improvement and spiritual growth. This is just the beginning. Whether you are a beginner just starting your yoga practice or already a skillful practitioner, we have options to fit your needs.
Our memberships start with single class passes and go all the way up to yearly unlimited memberships. Special rates available for school teachers, health care employees and members of the military. Student must cancel via Mindbody 12 hours prior to class start time. Student will be considered late cancellation 10 minutes after class starts and account will be charged. No refunds will be issued. Class Types

All of the classes offered at JAI are rooted in the lineage of Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa literally means to place with intention. This is translated in asana (posture) classes as placing the breath with the movement of the body. Yoga means to yoke, or unite. At JAI we aim to offer you tools to connect mind, body and spirit.
Private Sessions

Private yoga classes can be arranged at the studio or at your home, business and anywhere else conducive to a private yoga class! Privates can be one on one with just you and the instructor or held as a private class with a group. Email us to book a class. Scheduling the very best teachers means you are scheduling very busy teachers.
Memberships
Report
Available on our monthly unlimited plan. Membership and payment automatically renews. Your credit card will be billed once/month depending on level of commitment, after which, you may cancel with a 30 days notice. A 3-month minimum commitment is required and 6 and 12 month memberships are available for an even better deal.
