Energy Healing is based on the belief that our "life force" creates energy fields that can become unbalanced or blocked through the stresses of everyday life. Those blocks or imbalances can cause both emotional and physical impairment within us. Removing those blocks or imbalances can restore the natural energy flow resulting in health & wellness and feelings of peace & harmony.

New Teacher Training

We just finished our 200 hour training for 2021! This will be our last 200 hour training until 2023. For those who already hold a 200 hour certification and are interested in our upcoming 300 hour training starting in August of 2021 please contact Deb at deb.marweg@gmail.com. Do Pose breakdowns of various standing poses (hips facing forward, hips opening), seated poses, twisting poses, arm balances, inversions, forward folds and backbends.
