Rise Yoga
Rise Wellness Center: more than a yoga studio with group classes. We are a Wellness Center offering Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki (energy) Therapy. Rise Wellness is a place where we come to take care of ourselves, working toward a more balanced life. Make note of which class you're registering for when selecting - Online classes have "Online" in the title.

Pre-registration required for all classes - both In-Studio and Online. Our classes and services enhance your overall health, connect you to a vibrant community and help you live a healthy, balanced life. Group Classes include Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Balance & Bone Strength, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Pilates.

Getting Started

If you are new to our center and not sure where to begin, start with any Hatha Yoga class and register for Beginning Yoga Studies. Even though we have everything you need to start practicing yoga (mats, props etc.), we suggest bringing your own yoga mat. Wear clothing you can move and breathe in. Beginning Yoga Studies is a series of classes taught on Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy, complimentary and integrative with western medicine, addresses your specific concerns and conditions such as: chronic pain, anxiety, depression, injuries, limitations and illnesses, preventative care, pre- and post-op support and more. Dave Ashby, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, certified by IAYT, will work with you individually to address the situation you are facing.
Energy Therapy

Reiki is a Japanese healing art known for its calming, balancing and stress reducing effects, which also promotes healing. After a brief consultation, clients will receive a full Reiki. A symphony of sound and Reiki healing transports you into a meditative state of wellbeing and insight. Vibrations from singing bowls move fluids through the body while Reiki healing.
Massage Therapy

This session uses light to firm gliding pressure into the muscle tissues with long strokes, kneading and circular movement. Suitable for anyone needing moderate therapeutic relief and or a stress reducing experience. Relax with soft lighting and harmonious music as you unwind the aches and pains of the day revealing a sense of inner peace and well-being.
