The Pilates Collective
With two studio locations and an online virtual studio we have Pilates sessions that fit your needs and help you reach your goals! We offer in-person private, duet, trio, and small group (6-person max) sessions and live streaming Pilates classes. Join the Collective today! I love the variety of classes offered, and that the instructors all make the effort to constantly change things up to keep the classes fresh and exciting.

My visits to the studio are truly one of the highlights of my day. Since I started taking Pilates, I have become much stronger in my lower back and in my body overall. I highly recommend Pilates to anyone and I plan on taking it as long as I can.
Services
Team
Report
As a collaborative studio, each Pilates instructor and wellness practitioner contributes her unique experiences and diverse expertise to the group. This gives us endless opportunities to learn from one another. As a result, you take class from more fulfilled, well-rounded, and knowledgeable instructors.
About
Report
If you're completely new to Pilates, we highly recommend starting with our introductory session. Once you're oriented, you can continue with private sessions, bring in a friend for a duet, or mix it up with group classes. With a small number of students in each Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair classes, you'll never be lost in the crowd.
New Clients
Report
Whether you're new to Pilates, or new to our studio, we recommend starting with our complimentary intro session. These sessions can be scheduled for in person or virtual. If you prefer virtual we can help you set up your at home studio and point you toward the classes and sessions that are right for you.
FAQs
Report
Not at all! We practice Pilates to increase mobility, but there's no test you have to pass to get in the studio door. We'll work with you to reach your goals, whether they're about flexibility, strengthening, or something else. Maybe, but that's not what we're focused on. Pilates Collective looks at the body holistically, seeing how each system and muscle interacts with the whole.
U Hills
Report
Pilates Collective U Hills in Denver is our first studio and the foundation of the Pilates Collective community. We have 8 Reformer/Towers, 4 Wunda Chairs, 2 Cadillacs, and 5 brand new Fuse Ladders (located in our lower level studio). Pilates equipment may look intimidating, but we know you'll love it.
