Providence Health and Fitness was founded by Kathy McCready and her husband Larry Heisler, MA, LMT. Kathy is a former professional prima ballerina of the Pacific Northwest Ballet Co, in Seattle, WA and New Jersey Ballet, and Jack Lalanne's number one personal trainer in the tri-state during Jack's Bally days.

Our classes are taught by master trainers in HIIT, Barre Intensity, Pilates, Strength, Cardio, Fit Boot Camp, Yoga, Zumba and Dance Groove to help you become stronger, leaner and more mobile. We also offer semi-private and private Pilates reformer and private Gyrotonic classes that work the core, abs and back muscles while improving strength, flexibility and sports performance.
