Services
Myofascial Release
This hands-on technique applies sustained pressure to release fascial restrictions causing chronic pain. Our therapists address conditions like herniated discs, sciatica, and frozen shoulder through manual therapy that restores tissue flexibility. Sessions incorporate posture pumps to decompress spinal structures and alleviate nerve impingement symptoms.
Therapeutic Massage
Targeted massage therapy addresses musculoskeletal issues through deep tissue work and muscle energy techniques. Our approach combines traditional massage with postural assessment to correct imbalances causing back pain, neck pain, and repetitive strain injuries while promoting overall wellness.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle manual therapy focusing on the central nervous system's rhythm to alleviate migraines, TMJ syndrome, and neurological conditions. This non-invasive technique releases restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve cerebrospinal fluid flow and reduce chronic pain patterns.
Ion Detox Foot Bath
Ionic footbath technology removes accumulated toxins through the feet's pores using charged ions. This 30-45 minute session supports the body's natural detoxification processes, addressing environmental toxin exposure that contributes to chronic fatigue and inflammatory conditions.
Essential Oils Therapy
Therapeutic-grade essential oils enhance emotional well-being through limbic system stimulation. Our Young Living oils complement bodywork sessions by addressing stress-related conditions and supporting cellular healing through transdermal absorption during massage treatments.

If I could give Amy 10 stars, I would! Amy is not only easy to talk to but is super easy to work with, she is full of so much knowledge and information on your entire body and its holding patterns both physically and emotionally. I have degenerative discs and arthritis in my back and neck and have fibromyalgia, I always leave Amy feeling like I am floating! She gives you exercises to do at home to maintain and lots of information on how to help yourself as well. Can't recommend her enough!

Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of body work. Went in for lower back pain and she helped identify a few key issues in my stance, posture to help correct the issue. You can tell she loves her work. That passion helps quickly identify areas to correct body pain. Thanks! I would definitely recommend her.
