Most clients arrive in need of massage or nutrition counseling, but stay for the continued learning on all aspects of their health. We offer various modalities and apply them when most appropriate as your needs change over the years.

Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing more than 24 hours notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.
