My wife and I have been here for a little over two years now, and one of the things we like the best is how quiet the building is. We love the amenities — and have used the community room, movie theater and gym a ton of times. Our apartment, itself, is gorgeous, and the janitorial staff works so hard to keep the place clean. And the view on the backside of the building is to die for.

It looks nice at first glance but you do NOT get what you pay for in my opinion. if i am paying premium prices for premium living i expect a lot less inconveniences.
pros:
new apartments, decent quality
cons:
thin walls
don’t expect your noise complaints to be taken seriously, someone’s dog has been waking me up in the middle of the night for the past year and is still allowed to live here. among other noise complaints. nothing gets done when i complain and i have a paper trail to prove it
don’t expect your maintenance requests to be taken seriously. my washing machine was leaking and

They are beautiful but parking is a HUGE mess. People in the air building should be parking up front. People in the other 2 buildings should be in back. They won't listen to this which makes people who are in the other 2vbuildings, walk a very long way to get to their apartments. Never any handicap parking available.

I'm a current resident at the Ponemah mills, it's a really nice building with a great view of the river and has a few communal areas where you can either relax, have get togethers, grill, watch movies, play games, or exercise in the gym. It's friendly to *most pets, and is all around a great living experience.

I lived at Ponemah mills for just over a year and unfortunately had to move due to my works office relocation. The lofts at ponemah mills are stunning and the team there do a great job at maintaining their pristine condition. The facilities are excellent and for a very reasonable price you get full access. The apartment themselves are very spacious and good value for money. They are a perfect blend between an industrial style and luxury.

After 31 years of homeownership. Ponemah Mills offers easy living in a unique setting. My husband and are loving the hassle free life in our 4th floor loft, with high ceilings and beautiful windows that let in great light, no matter the weather. The amenities include a beautiful workout gym, sauna and steam room and with warmer weather, we are looking forward to using the outdoor barbecue, picnic space and fire pit, as well.

EDIT: They have switched to new management staff and the issues have been corrected. The noise is still an issue but the management staff are responsive to noise complaints and tenants are generally quiet. We expressed our concerns to the new management team and they were quick to resolve all of the issues. They've put in a lot of time fixing issues and decorating the building to provide a warm home environment. Definitely love the new team in the front office and look forward to staying here for many more years!
The apartments are beautiful but there are so many issues. The lights are controlled

The apartments are nice but the rent is very high for the 2 rooms and I imagine that for others too. It has many things that have to be fixed and I know that they will never fix them like the Echo, you can not sleep you hear everything, there is no sunstroke, the drains stink, when you enter the apartment you feel the bad smell. I'm going to go to the city because I do not plan to pay rent if they do not fix these things, they have to lower the rent is very expensive for so many defects that even the paint has lead. You can not live in a place like that. I do not recommend it. Once again I will

Great looking place but terrible experience. After looking at the apartment for months I found out the same day of lease signing that the apartments contain traces led paint. I was told by the sales rep that “I am not REQUIRED by law to tell you about led until you sign the lease.” The rep is very overbearing and unpleasant to deal with. She definitely tried to hide the fact that there was lead form us she knew we had an infant.
$120 deposit lost from movers since we had to cancel. We couldn’t risk exposing our infant to Led. Also she checked my credit on 3 separate days in the same month
