Since management has changed in the past 2 years or so, things have gone downhill considerably. For every upgrade that they tout, other things have been falling into further disrepair. For instance, I got home this morning and ended up having to shovel snow and slush from the walk before it froze because management failed to have it done. I also had shovel around my cars, one of which was moved and gone all day yesterday and one today; they could easily have cleared it. This is not an isolated incident as I had to take pictures of frozen slush on the walks and around my car last winter. Management

Absolutely terrible had roaches mice They came to get rid of the mice and left the dead ones in my Cabinet lousy management Stay away very expensive for the money you spend you can rent or by a house I feel bad for the people that live there besides the lousy property management Norwich Public utilities is very expensive also!!!

Meadow Ridge is highly recommended for professionals or a family with a couple of kids looking for a peaceful place to come home to. They have an outdoor pool. They have well kept grounds. They are pet friendly and there is a twenty four hour support staff to help you with anything from a pilot light to a snow storm. (I love Tonya and Brian!!!). It's close to restaurants, casinos, and the Crystal Mall, but far enough away to be quiet. Lots of room to walk the pups, quiet roads to run or walk on. Great staff, really great place to live.

I enjoy living at Meadow Ridge. I have lived here for a few years and appreciate the quite environment that surrounds the complex. These are good apartments for someone who has an active lifestyle as they are close to businesses, grocery stores and local restaurants but also enjoy a rural feel at the end of the day.

Though the manager and secretary are professional, they DO NOT care about the residents at Meadow Ridge Apartments. In 2016 when I inquired about moving to a different apartment I was told I just needed to pay the amount required to do so (we had a different manager). When getting our new apartment this year we felt harassed because of stipulations that were required of us while not required by other tenets. While asking for a different apartment this year because we needed more space I was lied to and told there were no other apartments, WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THREE AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE

Very peaceful apartment, we never have any issues with other tenants. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Landscaping is also well maintained. The ladies in the office are very nice and quick to fix any issues we have. Maintenance men are also very nice and quick to fix any issues we may have.
