NetX has always done a great job for us at DATV. There very responsive and professional when I call and are quick to service our needs. Everyone of the staff members are friendly and willing to explain things to you. I appreciate being able to call on them when needed and knowing we are being taken care of.

This is by far the best IT shop in the area hands down. The 70$ Saturday can't be beat. Had some data loss which needed to be fixed the next day, and Netx was the only place in the area which would schedule me. The technicians are professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable in their field as they keep up with the latest software trends. They always explain to me in terms I can understand what the problem is and genuinely want my computer fixed. Honesty and integrity go a long way in doing business.

They cleaned my computer and recovered some old files that I had lost. I definitely recommend them as a computer repair company! I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop but thank God I am able to use my Dell a little longer before upgrading!
