Used to work here fresh out of high school, owner paid just above minimum wage and charged industry prices, if you're concerned at all with wage equity. Owner sent another employee to inform me and a new colleague we were basically fired without cause. (I actually was the top salesperson that year and one of the best technicians on the team). The real reason was that I used to work a lot of overtime, so he wanted me to move to salary (yeah 80%+ premium apparently wasn't enough). This place is AMAZING! I had an emergency with my laptop and they were able to repair it very quickly and assisted me with all of my concerns! Staff is very friendly and personable. Much more affordable than other options as well... an absolute go to for technology issues!

Brought a 1.5 year old PC in for a hard drive wipe and reinstalling of the OS...$149...could buy a new PC on ebay for $179, so saved $30...right? Wrong...hard drive is fried...okay, sure, that can happen (although Bios and DOS are accessable)...however, now, the cheapest drive they have available is around another $100...so all in I'm around $249. Rediculous! I can purchase a new PC for $179...another hard drive for $40...and Windows 7 OS for $50...so $269 (ebay), and I get 2 PC's for their price of fixing 1...reiterating "Rediculous"
