Our Hiring Process

We start every interview process with a phone screening to insure applicants have strong communications skills, are enthusiastic, and are well spoken. If this initial phone call goes well, applicants are invited to participate in a formal interview. During the formal interview, applicants are asked about their background, education, and relevant experience.

We can start right away! Give us a call and we will match your student with one of our amazing tutors and schedule you within the next couple of days, possibly the same day! We are now offering in-person sessions for families who are fully vaccinated. For families who are choosing not to get vaccinated yet, or families who are socially distancing, no problem!
