While we all know the classic tale of boy meets girl, this one has a journey to the sweetest of ends. Max and Ella Piskun met and began dating several years ago. Ella, being the amazing pastry chef she is, made Max the now famous Adeo Jr. for their second date. It was literally love at first bite. Max knew this creation and others like it needed to be shared with the world and his entrepreneur skills were just the thing to do it.
They began talking about opening a modern French bakery. The more they did, the more they fell in love with the idea, but more importantly, in love with each other. They tied the knot and started miFLAVOUR. Through trials, kitchen disasters, and lots of love and laughter, they were able to bring the world the amazing caf and bakery that miFLAVOUR is today.

It takes two of us to get it right. I mean, we have a whole team that will work on your order, but you play a big role in making sure your shipment is delivered on time. 1. The staff are so kind and friendly! I had a mixup/miscommunication (which was really no one's fault) and when I started to react/express how bummed I felt, the gals at the front were extra kind toward me and it really helped turn my day around. I'm very grateful. The desserts are always so beautiful and delicious!

I'm a big ice cream guy. I must say, this is quality ice cream. The flavors are varied and delicious. It's rare that an ice cream place has more than a couple of flavors I really like and Volonti has six favorites. The most authentic gelato in Spokane! Love their rotation of flavors, and their sorbetto options are soo delicious for being dairy free!
