High pressure sales team. Not flexible on their prices. Not willing to work with us to get me in a car I wanted. Same car at a different car lot was like $2000 cheaper with less miles. Save your money go somewhere else.

Use to come here for years to get my car serviced for oil changes etc until my last service in April/May.
Meant to do a review but haven't had a chance til now. My car had issues of shutting off while sitting in traffic. Had a diagnostic done and nothing was found but it was believed my battery connection was bad.
Replaced the battery connectors and problem was resolved so I thought.
2 days later still experienced the same issues called about it and another diagnostic was done no charge. This time when I went in to get my vehicle I was told my fuel injectors were leaking and had to get replaced

Came in to try on a car for size. Sabrey (not sure correct spelling) worked with me. The Mazda Miata I sat in was a bit small for me. My knees hit the steering wheel, so I did not drive it. No pressure. Their showroom rivals that of new car dealerships. They have a lot of cars, all look good.

I'm going to go ahead and give them 5 stars, I never give anything 5 stars but as a car dealership this is by far the best experience I've had. Came to look at a newer car and trade in and ended up taking the car home the next day in a way that made me comfortable and happy with my decision. Everyone I talked to was extremely polite. The family owned business is willing to work with you come to what you would like and then you go sign papers. The company who they financed me with is local and I actually have heard of them so that was nice to see and made me feel better when I started

Bought a used Kia Soul. Issue with alignment upon test drive and they offered to have Les Schwab fix it which they did. Not the smoothest process in terms of paperwork but happy with the price and warranty included.
