Sophie wanted to bring a piece of Texas and the cuisine that her mother taught her how to make to our local community. After eight seasons of making Tex Mex food at the farmers markets, doing special events and catering, we opened Texy Mexy the restaurant on the square in downtown Noblesville. We expanded the food offerings we had and brought this cuisine to a larger number of people who weren't able to see us otherwise.
