We founded our firm in 1982 as an executive search specialist serving the textile industry with a handful of dedicated clients. Our original goal was to be the best recruiter in that niche, and we built deep expertise in talent acquisition for specialized markets. We expanded our service offerings as the marketplace evolved to meet emerging client needs beyond traditional search. We rebranded to Find Great People in 2003 and launched temporary staffing solutions to provide flexible workforce options. We created career transition services in 2005 after a client requested outplacement support. We acquired Align HR in 2007 to deliver comprehensive HR consulting across the full employee life cycle. We operate today as a nationally recognized recruiting and HR consulting firm with offices in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, SC and a presence in Nashville, TN.

We had an incredible experience working with FGP and Julia in particular. Never having used a recruiter for a hire before, we weren't sure what to expect or if we could justify the cost, but hands down, it was worth it! What can I say, this recruiting firm is outstanding. Megan Coleman is such a pleasure to work with, in a matter of a few days after I applied for a position with FGP I had a callback from Megan, had virtual interviews lined up, secured a new job and I am a happy camper to say the least. Not only were they concerned about the travel distance this new position would be, but she followed up with me after the employment offer was made, after I started and even send me a note in the mail and sent a little mug filled with goodies to my place of work.
