Our German breads and rolls (Broetchen) are manufactured by hand according to traditional original German recipes. Since the quality and freshness of our baked goods is our top priority, we do not use artificial dyes, artificial flavoring or preservatives.
Our uniqueness is based on the use of natural rye sourdough, fresh yeast, selected grains and the careful choice of flours, which differs considerably from the usual flavors of available breads and rolls on the American market.All our products are baked fresh daily. Since we are not like a big factory but rather produce our product gently by hand, we are able to fulfill most individual requests.

We discovered this bakery just randomly looking for pastries one morning and it was INCREDIBLE. Everything was good. Everything is fresh. The people were super nice. We weren't looking for a German bakery, they just happened to have what we were looking to try! We will be back for both sweets and bread and very soon.

German bakery doesn't taste authentic . Ingredients isn't what they make it tasted differently. Mostly lard
And doesn't taste any eggs or butter in it . But when u go to any bakery or a Italian restaurant . You hope they use the ingredients that are used to make them instead of flour, eggs. Butter etc
Most of it were most mixed food . I wonder what happen to it original way the way it used to be ..

Was in the area & wanted something tasty. This was my first visit to a German Bakery, I wasn’t sure what to really expect. The lady answered my questions and assisted me without any issues. I purchased the apple pie which was reasonably priced and delicious. I was a little taken back when I saw raisins in the apple pie, I then educated myself and quickly learned that, that is quite common in German Apple Pie Recipes.

All I have to say is WOW! I love German baked goods and these do not disappoint. I have read several of the reviews most were beaming and a couple were negative. Don't listen to the negative reviews if you like German baked goods. Yes German baked goods are very different than our Americanized versions. It is thicker, and denser. Reminds me of my grandmother's baking, AMAZING! And the prices are more than reasonable.

I love the bread and pastries here. The bread has that good sour taste like German bread should have. The pastries are not too sweet.
The service is down to business which I appreciate as a fellow European. It’s an easy and quick visit for authentic baked goods. The prices are super fair too, not overpriced and very affordable for the quality that is found here.

Shame and shame! Today I was very ashamed of this bakery! Apparently, this German bakery has a very mean owners. A couple of minutes before entering the bakery, my mask broke and I threw it in the trash. The bakery worker said that I have to leave the premises as I do not have a mask (there was not a single person in the bakery, it was possible to show humanism, but this is not for this bad seller) This is a very bad service !! Most importantly, there are no customer masks in the bakery !!! Boss, every time I buy at least $ 15 worth of goods in your bakery, and you regretted my mask, which is worth
