Our bread is naturally leavened and made with only a few simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, without any preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
We believe in the nutritional value of food, and that is why we use the only natural ingredients and slow-cooking or slow-baking methods. Our pastries and desserts are moderately sweet, which allows you to taste the natural flavors as well: Vanilla, Chocolate, Citrus, Fruits, etc.
