Daniel and his team go above and beyond in getting you exactly what you wanted. His team is very professional, organized, and very helpful. After getting a lot of denials from other loan officers , banks, and credit unions, Daniel and his team got us our mortgage approved by the lender he found with a GREAT interest! Everything took less than 30 days to close and we are truly grateful we found Daniel. Daniel is very honest and very detailed. We desperately needed a house but we were denied by several mortgage companies. my husband is a business owner, it was an issue with the mortgage company on what his income shows on tax return, so we decided to buy a house with owners finance company( i do not recommended owners finance).
